Croft Technology has introduced the installation, move, add, change (IMAC) service to assist our clients with the management of their IT equipment throughout the product lifecycle. The service is especially suited to national rollout projects and major upgrade programmes.

The service is modular in design and includes; installation and configuration, upgrades, technology refresh, de-installations and disposals, moves, audits, portable appliance testing and resource supply. The service is completely scalable ranging from a handful of desktop rollouts to major upgrade programmes.

IMAC services are provided by highly skilled and experienced engineers backed up by a dedicated Project Management team. This ensures that rollout projects and upgrade programmes are closely managed and correctly resourced so that each project is delivered within agreed timescales and to budget.

The service can be provided on a wide range of multivendor equipment including; servers, personal computers, laptops, printers and networking equipment. Deliverables include:

• Install - New installations including unpacking, assembly, configuration, connection to the network and user training.
• Move - Relocation of existing equipment to new locations within existing buildings or to new premises nationwide.
• Add - Addition of new accessories including monitors, disk drives, memory or processor upgrades.
• Change - Upgrade to new operating systems, configuration changes or new users added.
