All service
calls are controlled from our National Operations Centre
(NOC) based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This means one phone
call and one point of contact for all service requests
providing peace of mind and minimum disruption to your
business.
Once a call is received into our
NOC, the details are relayed directly to the engineers PDA
using the latest 3G technology. The engineer also has access
to previous call histories and spare part inventories, to
ensure that remedial action is both relevant and effective.
